Visit the Staff walkthrough Video tab in IT Department Team to have access to the following videos:
•How to reset learner’s password.
•How to access the LBBD Staff Intranet page & iTrent on the Curriculum laptop.
•Forwarding your LBBD email to your Bardaglea email on your laptop.
•Adding Signatures to your email.
1. Accessing the Videos in Microsoft Teams App:
Note: MS Teams app will not list the videos. So, you need to open the list of videos in the browser as shown in step 3 below.
Step 1: Open the “IT Department” team in Microsoft Teams.
Step 2: Click on “Staff_Walkthrough_Video” tab at the top of the page.
Step 3: Click on “Open in Browser”
2. Accessing the Videos in MS Teams web version in RM Unify:
Step 1: Sign in to your RM Unify.
Step 2: Open MS Team in RM Unify.
Step 3: Click on the "IT Department" Team to open.
Step 4: Click on “Staff_Walkthrough_Video” tab at the top of the page and the videos will be listed as shown in the image below:
