Please note the following:
If you won't be available to teach a particular class and you want your line manager to cover this class for you, please ensure you put the following in place:
1. You must have added your manager as an “Owner” in your class team. Please follow the instructions in this link to do this: https://theadultcollege.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/43000762299
2. Ensure that your class/teaching resources are saved in this private channel for managers to access.
3. Observing the two steps above will enable your manager's name/email to appear in the "Add member" box of your private channel, then you can add him/her as the "Owner".
4. Now, follow the steps in the image below to make your manager the owner of your private channel:
